*No sanitizer was detected after the final rinse cycle of the dish machine. The line was primed and recalibrated. By the end of the inspection the sanitizer tested at 0-200+ ppm, with no consistency. The facility must manually sanitize all utensils until the unit is repaired by a professional and permission for use is granted by BCDH. Submit a work order to the Department. The facility may be required to replace the unit, due to multiple repeat violations. Repeat Violation.
